Infinipoint is a device-identity and zero-trust access platform. Security admins live inside it every day — building policies, chasing vulnerabilities, deciding who gets access to what. My job was to make a deeply technical product feel obvious.
As design manager for all company products I was responsible for characterising, managing and designing the entire product experience: mobile, web, and every edge case in between.
Redesigning the Policy Catalog
Building a policy was the core job of the product — and the least usable part of it. I rebuilt it as a four-step wizard: name the policy, select items, select targets, confirm. Enforcement type, compliance grace periods and end dates all became explicit choices instead of buried settings.

A design system to hold it together
The redesign needed a component library that could carry the rest of the platform with it. I defined the full set — inputs, tables, states, navigation, feedback — and documented every parameter so engineering could build from it directly.

A second flow, rebuilt from scratch: selecting and configuring multi-factor authentication without leaving the admin in doubt about what each option actually enforces.
